PLEASE pay your invoice as soon as possible, we can only service a few customers per day and days fill fast way in advance. Dates are only reserved with a paid invoice. ALL UNPAID INVOICE WILL BE DELETED AFTER 72 FROM EMAILING YOU YOUR INVOICE. Thank you for your understanding.
**Please review Yard Props Terms of Service below and if you agree to them, your payment is your agreement and authorization for your rental order. Thank you for your business - we appreciate it very much.
Please rid the yard of dog waste and yard debris. Thank You!!
Please do not move the display.
Please do not mow the lawn or use yard spray while the display is up.
Please do not attach balloons or other items to display.
Please do not spray signs with silly string or other liquids.
Please do not lean or sit on display

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before reserving your yard greeting rental display. You should understand that by reserving any of our displays or products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
MOWING. PLEASE have your lawn mowed prior to the display being installed. Mowing WILL in most cases damage the display and at the least require us to take time to clean lawn, grass debris from our display pieces. We check our displays often to make sure they are in good condition and set up correctly for you. We reserve the right to immediately remove the display without refund if the display has been damaged or been ridded with mud, dirt or lawn debris. We also charge a $50 cleaning fee.
PAYMENT. Payment is due within 72 hours from time of receiving your email invoice. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption through e-mail via intuit payment processing. Payment secures your desired booking day. Without full payment, booking day is NOT reserved or guaranteed.
CANCELLATION. You have up until 48 hours of the beginning of your install time window to receive a full refund. After 48 hours you will receive a full refund minus $50. You always have the option of a reschedule with full credit applied.
INCLEMENT WEATHER. We are able to install yard props in light rain and with snow on ground up to 6 inches. Projected winds more than 40mph (gusts) can and usually damage the display. If this is the case, Yard Props may not be able to install on a specific time or day. If this is the case, you have the option to reschedule for the full value price or receive a FULL refund. All other inclement weather will not permit us to install them.
REFUND POLICY. We will not refund payment if the homeowner and or payee requests for the Display to be removed early. We will not refund payment for address error, misspellings or any other information you deem incorrect that you provided on order submission.
DISPLAY SETUP. Typically displays are set up some time between 6pm & 10pm on the day before your requested date. The time depends on how many yard cards we have to set up that evening. Pick up time is some time between Dusk & 10pm the day of. All prices for yard cards include delivery, set up, take down and pick up. In the event that destructive weather may be imminent while display is up, we reserve the right to remove display at anytime. A credit of $30 total will be refunded back to you if removed before 6:00pm. No refund if needed removed after 6:00.
DISPLAY DAMAGE. Our displays are rentals and remain the property of Tara Hatfield / Yard Props. We take pride in our displays and make sure they are in great condition upon set up. Any damage to any part of display while on set up property will be charged back to the purchaser at a rate of $30 per piece damaged, stolen or missing. If display is totally damaged beyond repair or stolen, buyer agrees to promptly pay Yard Props half of our replacement cost. Buyer assumes liability of $250 for the Flash Prop & $350 for the Premier Prop. Purchaser assumes all damage liability to display and agrees to promptly reimburse Tara Hatfield / Yard Props within 24hrs.
The yard cards are meant to be a fun. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements for us. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.
All signs and poles remain the property of Tara Hatfield and Yard Props. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from Tara Hatfield and Yard Props. You are responsible for replacement of the graphics, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced. Thank you for your understanding.
