GIVEAWAY TERMS of SERVICE

No cash value. Winner must be within our normal service area. $20 MILEAGE FEE APPLIES IF ADDRESS IS IN YELLOW AREA.  Yard must be in suitable condition for set up. No changes or additions made to display. Display will be "as-is" shown in picture unless we need to make necessary adjustments.

 
Winner must accept full responsibility of display and sign rental agreement. 

 
All normal rental agreement Terms of Service will be enforced during rental period.  No monetary refunds as this is a Free Gievaway.

 
If weather keeps us from set up or we have to pick up early due to weather or any other circumstance, there will be no makeup day or time.

Yard Props reserves the right to cancel set up for any reason we find may be harmful to display.
